Qualifications

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities in a healthcare supply and distribution location.


• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, manage visitor and contractor access, and maintain accurate access-related logs and records.


• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation procedures.


• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including entrances, restricted locations, parking areas, and the business perimeter, while reporting unusual conditions.


• Help to deter unauthorized access and security-related concerns by maintaining a professional presence and communicating observations to site leadership and/or emergency responders.

Minimum Requirements

• A guard card or license is preferred.


• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
