This full-time role requires 18+, a high school diploma or GED, strong customer service skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure while working independently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Above average computer/technology skills required.
• Security, law enforcement or military experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills required.
• Must be able to work independently and remain vigilant.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid judgment and escalation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor premises and enforce access control.
• Patrol the site and report safety issues or suspicious activity.
• Provide customer service to employees and guests.
• Complete post orders and assign rounds.
• Operate security devices during shifts.
• Conduct tours of the property.
