The successful candidate will provide professional customer service, respond to emergencies, and perform site-specific duties with vigilance. The position requires 18+ years of age, a High School Diploma or GED, and strong computer/tech skills, along with AZ Guard Card

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently and remain calm under stress.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant during shift.
• Must maintain a professional demeanor and respond to emergencies with judgment.
• All candidates must pass pre-employment screening, including drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues or hazards.
• Ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed.
• Provide customer service and information to employees and guests.
• Utilize technology devices during shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
