Job summary

Securitas Global Clients America is seeking a Security Officer for our Logistics Distribution Center in Goodyear, AZ. The role involves patrols, access control, and maintaining a secure environment, with a wage of $20.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include enforcing site rules, responding to incidents, and delivering customer service to employees and guests while using technology devices during shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer/tech skills needed.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
• Must pass pre-employment screening including drug screen and background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests.
• Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.
