Job summary

Allied Universal® in Fargo, ND is seeking a Security Officer to protect clients across various industries. You will perform unarmed patrols, provide excellent customer service, monitor entrances, and report incidents in line with site policies.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent present.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, documenting observations and reporting unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports while communicating professionally with employees, visitors, contractors, and Allied Universal leadership.

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
