Ready to suit up as a Tactical Security Guard?

In this role, your ability to read the environment, anticipate risks, and act accordingly is crucial. Share how your keen observation skills are among your greatest strengths.

As a Security Officer – Tactical, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc.

• Shift openings: Thursday-Monday 2pm-10pm, Thursday-Monday 2pm-10pm, Friday-Tuesday 10pm-6am, Saturday-Sunday 6am-10pm / Monday-Tuesday 6am-4pm / Wednesday 8am-12pm, Thursday-Friday 6am-12pm, Saturday-Sunday 6am-2pm

Responsibilities of a Tactical Security Guard:

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot suspicious activity
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas
• React quickly to threats or incidents
• Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
• Document incidents and actions taken
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
• Complete end-of-day summary reports
• Navigate independently using technology on the job site
• Be comfortable walking long distances
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications of a Tactical Security Guard:

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Open availability
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process
• First aid certification is a plus
• OSHA assessment completion
• Computer savvy and comfortable using technology on the job site and in training
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• Valid driver’s license with no restrictions. In Texas, must be 21 or older to drive.
