Job summary

Titan Security Group is seeking a Security Officer in Nashville to deliver exceptional customer service, monitor access, supervise front desk operations, and perform patrols to protect people and property. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Able to acquire and maintain a Tennessee Security License.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Able to meet physical requirements including lifting 50+ lbs, patrols, stairs, and inclement weather.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties on duty.
• Maintain clear, accurate logs at front desk for people or property including packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required.
• Monitor security cameras and conduct patrols to deter theft and maintain safety.
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and document data for management.
• Other duties as assigned.
