Qualifications

• Minimum one year of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, customers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout luxury retail sales areas, stockroom-adjacent spaces, entrances, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe customer and visitor activity, reporting suspicious behavior, policy violations, and security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and communicating with management and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Maintain detailed activity logs and incident reports while supporting a welcoming, professional environment for customers and store associates.

You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, assist customers and employees, and communicate professionally with site leadership. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $26.88 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 11:00 AM - 07:30 PM
• Tue 11:00 AM - 07:30 PM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least one year of security-related experience.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
• Have customer service experience, preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
