Job summary

Regis Corporation is seeking a Signal Dedicated Officer to conduct static security for courtyards, offices, pools and other high-value areas, ensuring all access points are secured with vigilance and attentiveness to safety. You will write precise shift reports, arrive on time, and maintain equipment such as radios and access cards, while delivering courteous service to on-site clients.

Requires 18+, HS diploma or GED, successful background and drug checks, reliable transportation, and

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Pass background check and drug test
• Must have reliable transportation
• Complete training modules within first month
• Excellent organization, oral, and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Will conduct and deliver various dedicated security services that reflect the company’s values and post orders.
• Will write detailed and accurate reports utilizing company technology and app-based software during each shift.
• Must consistently arrive on time for shifts, clock in and out, meet time commitments, follow instruction and dress code.
• Interact with on-site clients and internal/external customers to provide peace of mind.
• Report any client or property-related information and concerns to the supervisor promptly.
• Care for signal equipment assigned during shift, including radios and access keys/cards.
• Deescalate issues professionally and promptly.
• Meet daily benchmarks and service quality as directed by the supervisor.
• Communicate needs and post order changes to ensure efficiency.
