Job summary

Regis Corporation is seeking a Signal Advanced Dedicated Officer to conduct static security services for courtyards, offices, pools, and other high value areas in Meridian, Idaho. You will ensure access points are secured and protect property with attentiveness to detail and safety, while training junior team members as needed.

Responsibilities include reporting with precise documentation, maintaining uniform standards, de-escalation and client interaction, and coordinating with the Branch

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Pass background check and drug test.
• Must have driver’s license and good driving record.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Complete training modules within first month.
• Excellent organization, oral, and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate a commitment to service and professionalism.
• Must be able to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Will conduct, deliver, and lead various dedicated services in alignment with site orders.
• Will write and train detailed and accurate reports using company tech during each shift.
• Will report and uphold proper uniform following franchise dress code.
• Arrive on time for shifts and meet time commitments.
• Interact with clients and team members to maintain a customer-centric service ethos.
• Coach and deescalate issues through professional communication.
• Communicate updates and accountability around position and standards.
• Care for and follow up on Signal equipment assigned during shifts.
• Manage daily activities to meet Branch Patrol Supervisor benchmarks.
• Receive information from Branch Supervisor Daily Scrum for client needs and post orders.
