Qualifications

• Must be willing to obtain security license upon hire.
• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Pass background check and drug test.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Complete training modules within first month.
• Excellent organization, oral, and written communication skills.
• Commitment to service and professionalism at all times.
• Ability to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct static security services for courtyards, offices, pools and other high value areas.
• Ensure access points are secured and property/residents are protected with attention to safety.
• Write detailed reports using company technology and software during each shift.
• Arrive on time for shifts, clock in/out, and follow dress code.
• Interact with clients and staff to provide excellent customer service.
• Report information through the supervisor and escalate as needed.
• Care for assigned Signal equipment and maintain security post orders.
