Job summary

Signal is seeking a dedicated security professional to conduct static services for courtyards, offices, pools and other high-value areas, ensuring all access points are secured and property protected with attention to detail and safety.

You will write detailed reports using site tools, arrive on time for shifts, follow post orders, and interact with clients and staff to maintain a trusted service experience while safeguarding equipment such as radios and access cards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Pass background check and drug test.
• Reliable transportation.
• Complete training modules within first month.
• Excellent organization, oral, and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate commitment to service and professionalism.
• Must be able to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct dedicated security services per post orders and site instructions.
• Write detailed, accurate reports using available technology and software.
• Arrive on time for shifts, clock in/out, and follow dress code.
• Interacting with clients and on-site staff to maintain a service relationship.
• Report information and concerns to the Dedicated Branch Supervisor promptly.
• Care for assigned equipment (radios, keys/cards, vehicles, devices).
• Deescalate issues professionally and promptly.
• Meet daily benchmarks and quality expectations set by supervision.
• Communicate client needs and post-order changes in daily scrum updates.
