Job summary

Regis Corporation is seeking a Security Officer to perform on-site security across courtyards, offices, pools and other high-value areas. The role emphasizes attentiveness, safety, and reporting through company systems, with responsibilities that include ensuring access points are secured and safeguarding property and residents.

The position offers both part-time and full-time schedules on second and third shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Willingness to obtain security license upon hire
• Pass background check and drug test
• Reliable transportation
• Complete training modules within first month
• Strong organization and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct static security services for courtyards, offices, pools and high-value areas
• Write detailed reports using company technology during each shift
• Maintain punctuality, dress code and appearance standards
• Interact with clients and on-site personnel to ensure safety and service
• Report any issues to the supervisor promptly
• Care for assigned signal equipment (radios, keys/cards, vehicles) during shifts
• Deescalate conflicts professionally and promptly
• Coordinate with the Branch Supervisor on client needs and post orders
