Allied Universal is looking for a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Clinical Patrol in Milton, MA. The role offers fixed anchors with the option to pick up extra shifts through the scheduling platform, providing a flexible schedule and steady income at $18.32 per hour.

You will work a DayTime shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with responsibilities including patrols, access control, incident response, and accurate reporting. This position supports hospital safety and service continuity.

Qualifications

• Vaccination requirements must be met by hospital policy.
• Must be able to restrain individuals when required.
• CPR certification is preferred; CPR/First Aid certifications are preferred.
• Background investigation will be conducted as per laws.

• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Clinical Patrol in Milton, MA, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $18.32 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeSun03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout hospital buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management, directing individuals to appropriate hospital areas in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, coordinating with hospital personnel and emergency responders as needed.
• Document observations, incidents, and security-related activities accurately and promptly in accordance with site policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Must be able to restrain individuals.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
