St. Moritz Security Services, Inc. is seeking a professional Security Officer for a Class A office complex in Cleveland, OH. You will be the first point of contact, enforcing building policies, and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for employees and visitors.

This full-time, 2nd/3rd shift position offers competitive pay of $16.50 per hour, with benefits such as medical, dental, vision, disability, and a 401K plan. Candidates must meet licensing requirements and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid OH security guard license or guard card (if applicable).
• Prior experience in a corporate, commercial, or Class A office security environment preferred.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor; uniform must be worn neatly at all times.

• Access Control & Visitor Management: Monitor and control entry and exit points for tenants, visitors, vendors, and deliveries.
• Verify identification and issue visitor badges or access credentials.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs and documentation.

Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour

Shifts Available: Friday 3:00pm - 11pm Saturday-Tuesday 11:00pm-7:00am

Position Summary:

We are seeking professional, observant, and dependable Security Officers to provide a safe and welcoming environment within a Class A office complex . The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a polished and professional appearance, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service while maintaining security and safety standards.

As a Security Officer at this prestigious property, you will serve as the first point of contact for employees and visitors—ensuring the building’s policies are followed, incidents are managed appropriately, and all guests feel secure and respected.

Key Responsibilities:

Access Control & Visitor Management
