Job summary

St. Moritz Security Services, Inc. is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer for Solon, OH, with weekend shifts on a part-time basis. Schedule options include Saturday-Sunday nights or Friday-Saturday evenings, with a pay rate of $16.00 per hour.

The role covers safety patrols, access control, visitor management, and professional interaction with visitors, employees, and clients. Training and orientation are provided, with emphasis on dependable attendance and grooming standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong written communication skills for report writing.
• Ability to remain professional and use sound judgment in stressful situations.
• Strong customer service and de-escalation skills.
• 1–3 years of work experience (preferred).
• Security, law enforcement, military, or customer service background (preferred).
• College coursework in security-related fields (preferred).
• Experience in security operations or scheduling (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and identify security risks, hazards, and emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies according to company policies and post orders.
• Write detailed incident and activity reports.

Position 2: Friday-Saturday 3:00 pm-11:00 pm
