St. Moritz Security Services, Inc. is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer in Solon, OH with weekend shifts. Two positions are available: Saturday-Sunday 11:00 pm–7:00 am and Friday-Saturday 3:00 pm–11:00 pm. The role pays $16.00 per hour and requires strong report writing and customer service skills.

The job includes patrols, access control, and visitor management, with training provided and grooming standards to follow. Part-time, 2nd and 3rd shifts are included in the posting.

Qualifications

• Must have HS diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong written communication skills for report writing.
• Ability to remain professional and use sound judgment in stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct security patrols (walking, vehicle, golf cart, or bicycle).
• Monitor and identify security risks, hazards, and emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies according to company policies and post orders.
• Write detailed incident and activity reports.
• Provide customer service and interact professionally with visitors, employees, and clients.
• Perform site-specific security functions such as lobby/reception security, visitor management, elevator and access control monitoring.
• Follow company procedures, attendance requirements, and grooming standards.
• Participate in required training and orientation programs.
