Job Title: Security Officer - Casino at Nemacolin

Job Responsibilities:

1. Identify and remove individuals who are required to be excluded or ejected from the licensed facility under relevant sections of the act, including self-excluded patrons.
2. Complete annual Anti-Money Laundering/Title 31 training.
3. Immediately notify supervisors, casino compliance representatives, and Pennsylvania State Police upon detecting excluded or ejected individuals.
4. Assist in transporting money, chips, and tokens.
5. Control access to restricted areas.
6. Respond promptly to incidents and accidents involving customers and team members.
7. Monitor customer and staff passage for underage or banned individuals.
8. Maintain working knowledge of CMS systems, including Cage, Pit, Credit, Marketing, Players Club, and Self-Exclusion displays.
9. Complete safety inspections, logs, and reports as necessary.
10. Secure areas during incidents or emergencies.
11. Write reports as required.
12. Ensure the safety and security of all customers and team members.
