Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 months security or related experience.
• Guest service or public-facing experience.
• Ability to interact calmly with diverse populations.
• First Aid/CPR certification or ability to obtain shortly after hire.
• Basic knowledge of security procedures and emergency response.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Able to sit and stand for up to 8 hours.
• Multilingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional security presence for players, students, staff, visitors, and vendors.
• Respond to medical incidents, behavioral concerns, safety issues, or potential criminal activity.
• Monitor surveillance, access control, alarms, and radio activity.
• Document incidents clearly and maintain logs and shift reports.
• Assist with traffic flow and parking during events and peak hours.
