Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities in accordance with site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including business spaces, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and assist with maintaining controlled entry to restricted areas.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and/or unusual conditions, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
