• Monitor access, verify visitor/contractor authorization, and maintain logs and incident records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly and coordinate with responders as needed.
• Report maintenance concerns, hazards, or suspicious activity to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building common areas, parking facilities, access points, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access activity, verify visitor and contractor authorization in accordance with site procedures, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergency-related situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as directed.
• Report maintenance concerns, hazards, suspicious activity, and other property-related issues to site management and Allied Universal leadership in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
