Allied Universal in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Security Officer - Badge Services to protect clients across commercial real estate locations. You will monitor, patrol, verify access, and provide exceptional customer service as part of a proactive security team.

As an unarmed officer, you’ll engage with visitors and staff, document observations, and follow site procedures while upholding safety and service standards. Join a reliable team committed to integrity and community safety.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or employees while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the property, including building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas, to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures; verify credentials, maintain required logs, and direct authorized individuals appropriately.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document observations and actions taken.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and communicate security-related concerns, maintenance issues, and policy violations to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Job Description

As a Security Officer - Badge Servicesin Chandler, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will communicate professionally with visitors and staff while contributing to a welcoming environment. Pay Rate: $20.33 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
