As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Vehicle Patrol Driver in Philadelphia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Security Officer supporting a commercial real estate location. You will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide professional customer service and communication. This driving post requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Tue: 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Wed: 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Thur: 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, access issues, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, reporting unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and security-related incidents according to site procedures.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
