You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor assigned areas, and provide outstanding customer service and communication to tenants, visitors, and staff. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $17.25 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Sun 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff while carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the commercial property, including interior common areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and report unauthorized activity, maintenance concerns, or unusual conditions to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and document observations and actions taken.
• Help to deter unauthorized access and disruptive activity through a professional presence and adherence to post orders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
