Qualifications

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and concerns in a calm, professional manner, escalating as needed.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to deter incidents.
• Monitor access points and observe activity per site procedures.
• Complete accurate reports and communicate observations to site contacts and leadership.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $23.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM
• Tue 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM
• Wed 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, entrances, parking areas, ATM areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and contractor activity in accordance with site-specific access-control procedures.
• Complete accurate reports and communicate security-related observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
