Qualifications

• Background check and drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required only for driving positions.

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and financial institution personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor incoming calls, alarms, access-control notifications, and other communications from a centralized dispatch location; document information and notify personnel.
• Dispatch security-related personnel to incidents, service requests, and critical situations with professional communication and accurate logs.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate concerns to site leadership or responders as directed.
• Maintain dispatch records, track officer locations and assignments, and communicate updates to authorized personnel.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and financial institution personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor incoming calls, alarms, access-control notifications, and other communications from a centralized dispatch location; document information accurately and notify appropriate personnel.
• Dispatch security-related personnel to incidents, service requests, and critical situations while maintaining clear, professional communication and accurate activity logs.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site leadership and/or emergency responders as directed by site procedures.
• Support security-related operations by maintaining dispatch records, tracking officer locations and assignments, and communicating relevant updates to authorized personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least one year of security-related experience.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Be comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Preferred: Be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Preferred: Have customer service experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
