Allied Universal in Kapolei, HI is seeking a Security Officer Bicycle Patrol Driver for a part-time role. You will perform unarmed patrols, provide customer service to tenants and shoppers, and maintain visible security across retail locations. A valid driver's license and ability to ride a bike are required.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of retail common areas, storefront corridors, parking areas, loading zones, and the property perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and help maintain orderly entry and exit activity for shoppers, tenants, deliveries, and/or contractors in accordance with site procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and policy concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site management.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Must be able to ride a bike.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
