Job Description

As a Security Officer - Bank Patrol in Simpsonville, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more .

As an unarmed patrol officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and provide a welcoming presence. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, assisting with customer inquiries, and maintaining open communication with staff and visitors. You will embody our values of agility, reliability, and innovation, working collaboratively with your team and always acting with integrity to support a positive environment.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Fri	11:00 PM - 11:00 AM
Sat	11:00 PM - 11:00 AM

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service by following security procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within financial institution locations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and surrounding areas to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report any suspicious behavior or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control and monitor entry and exit points as required by site policies.
• Support emergency response activities and follow established protocols for financial institution environments.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
