Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established airport and transportation facility protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned airport areas, terminals, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access control points and verify authorized entry for personnel, visitors, and contractors in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and promptly, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Badge Services in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Transportation, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a busy transportation location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor access points, and assist travelers, employees, and visitors with professional service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
