Allied Universal is seeking an unarmed Security Guard Route Patrol Driver in Fort Worth, TX. The role involves patrolling automotive facilities, maintaining a visible security presence, and supporting access control while delivering excellent customer service.

The position is full-time with a pay rate of $17.50 per hour. You must have a valid driver’s license and be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles. CPR certification is preferred and a background check and drug screen are required.

• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations calmly and escalate per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of automotive facilities, parking areas, vehicle storage areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials, and report suspicious activity or maintenance concerns.
• Prepare clear reports of incidents and patrol observations in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Job Description

As a Security Guard Unarmed Route Patrol Driver in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a premier automotive location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control, and provide exceptional customer service. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site-specific procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout automotive facilities, parking areas, vehicle storage areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, patrol observations, and security-related activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
