Qualifications

• Minimum one year of security-related experience.
• CPR certification is preferred where available.
• Access control and badge experience are preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate concerns per site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of production, parking, access points, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, maintain logs and reports.
• Assist with traffic flow, entry of employees/contractors, and deliveries.
