Job Description

As a Security Officer Badge Enrollment in Fremont, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Security Officer supporting a dynamic automotive location. You will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, manage access-related activities, and communicate professionally with employees and visitors. This role offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service while working with an agile, reliable, innovative team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

Pay Rate: $22.52 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an automotive manufacturing location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and maintain accurate logs and reports.
• Assist with traffic flow, employee and contractor entry, and delivery coordination in accordance with site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
