Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production and parking areas and report unusual activity.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, maintaining logs and reports.
• Assist with traffic flow, entry of employees/contractors, and delivery coordination.

Pay Rate: $22.52 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Thur: 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM
• Fri: 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM
• Sat: 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM
• Sun: 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an automotive manufacturing location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and maintain accurate logs and reports.
• Assist with traffic flow, employee and contractor entry, and delivery coordination in accordance with site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
