Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver First Aid in Dallas, TX. This full-time role involves patrolling client sites, maintaining a visible presence, and delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring safety and security.

Responsibilities include monitoring access points, responding to incidents, documenting activities, and driving on assigned shifts. CPR/First Aid is preferred and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• On-site work with limited facilities at some sites.
• Background check and drug screen may be required.

• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, entry points, common areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor credentials per site procedures; report unauthorized access or unusual conditions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, professional manner; coordinate with site contacts and responders as directed.
• Document patrol activities, incidents, observations, and actions in accordance with Allied Universal reporting procedures.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver First Aid in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control, and provide exceptional customer service. What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, entry points, common areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials in accordance with site procedures, and report unauthorized access attempts or unusual conditions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner; communicate with site contacts and emergency responders as directed.
• Document patrol activities, incidents, observations, and completed actions in accordance with Allied Universal and site reporting procedures.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR/First Aid is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• At this site there are limited on‑site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
