Pay Rate: $24.00 / Hour

Job Schedule: DayTimeMon07:00 AM - 03:00 PMThur03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or customers at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility, exterior grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as directed by site procedures, and report unusual conditions or policy violations.
• Maintain required documentation, including patrol activity, incident reports, and daily activity logs, while handling all information with professionalism and discretion.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least one year of armed security-related experience.
• Possess at least four years of military or law enforcement experience or a criminal justice degree.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
