As an Armed Security Officer in a logistics and distribution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a secure environment for personnel, visitors, and operations. This driving post requires a valid driver's license and Texas Level III Armed Certification. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency personnel as required.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor personnel, visitor, and vehicle access in accordance with site procedures, including verifying credentials and documenting entries, exits, and deliveries as required.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports for incidents, observations, patrol activities, and other security-related matters in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a Texas Level III Armed Certification.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
