Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Security Officer Armed Patrol Driver Emergency Support in Fairfax, VA. You will perform armed patrols in a healthcare setting, ensure safety, respond to incidents, and provide professional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include conducting patrols, documenting activities, and maintaining equipment while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of security-related experience.
• Armed guard card or license required.
• Valid Virginia driver’s license and Virginia DCJS license required.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Armed driving position requires driving license.

• Carry and maintain authorized equipment in accordance with applicable laws, licensing requirements, Allied Universal policies, and site procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities accurately and promptly in required reports.

As a Security Officer Armed Patrol Driver Emergency Support in Fairfax, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide professional customer service. What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• An armed guard card or license is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A Virginia DCJS license is required for positions in Virginia.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
