Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Armed Patrol Driver in Spring, TX. You will conduct routine patrols, deter incidents, respond to security concerns, and provide professional customer service at a busy retail location.

This full-time role requires a valid driver’s license and Level III Armed Certification in Texas. You’ll work a day shift schedule with continuous coverage to ensure shoppers and staff feel safe.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Must possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas.
• Must be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store personnel while carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular armed patrols throughout the retail location including sales floors, receiving areas, parking lots, and perimeter areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner following site procedures and laws.
• Monitor access points and observe activity, reporting hazards to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain patrol activity, incident reports, and logs in accordance with policy and site requirements.

You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide professional customer service and clear communication. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license and Level III Armed Certification. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors, receiving areas, parking lots, and perimeter areas, to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and applicable laws.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting unusual conditions and potential hazards to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain required documentation, including patrol activity, incident reports, and daily logs, in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
