• Respond to incidents calmly and coordinate with facility personnel and emergency services.
• Maintain equipment and complete required reports per laws and site orders.

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $21.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 05:45 AM - 06:00 PM
• Tue: 05:45 AM - 06:00 PM
• Sun: 05:45 AM - 06:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or members of the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct armed patrols of assigned facilities, grounds, access points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as required, and document visitor, vehicle, and incident information in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, coordinating with facility personnel and public emergency services when needed.
• Maintain assigned equipment, complete required reports, and perform duties in accordance with applicable laws, Allied Universal policies, and site‑specific post orders.

Minimum Requirements:

• An Armed Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
