As a Security Officer Armed - Overnight in Bennettsville, SC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Armed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. You will support a welcoming, security-related environment while working with a caring team that is agile, reliable, innovative, and committed to integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at a food and beverage production location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and escalation protocols.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility, production areas, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, contractors, delivery drivers, and visitors in accordance with site procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• X-Ray Screening Experience is preferred.
• Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.
• Customer Service Experience is preferred.
• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
