Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Officer to patrol and secure a CAMDEN, AR aerospace/defense site. The role requires an armed guard card, DoD Secret Clearance, and 21+ age, with daily daytime shifts and weekly pay.

You will deliver exceptional customer service while enforcing post orders and safety procedures. Responsibilities include regulated access control, patrols, incident reporting, and coordination with responders.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of law enforcement experience, or 2 years in security supervision/management, or 3 years in security.
• Armed guard card or license is required.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required per policy.
• Pepper spray certification preferred.
• Must be 21+ years old for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws.

What You'll Do:

• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner while following applicable armed post orders.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of facilities, restricted areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and report unusual activity.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and authorized access, and maintain accurate visitor, vehicle, and incident documentation.
• Operate assigned communications equipment and coordinate with site contacts, Allied Universal leadership, and emergency responders when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience, 2 years of security supervisor/manager experience, or 3 years of security experience.
• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Maintain an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Pepper spray certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
