Job summary

Allied Universal, Camden, AR, is seeking a Security Officer Armed Patrol Driver with a DoD Secret Clearance. You will patrol, deter incidents, and respond professionally while providing excellent customer service at a aerospace/defense site.

Must have 1 year law enforcement, 2 years security supervisory, or 3 years security experience; Armed Guard Card; valid driver’s license; and be 21+. This is a full-time role with a pay rate of $23.75 per hour and a daytime schedule.

Qualifications

• 1 year law enforcement experience or 2 years security supervisory experience or 3 years security experience.
• Possess an Armed Guard Card/License.
• Hold an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Valid driver’s license per Allied Universal policy.
• Be at least 21 years old for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.

As a Security Officer Armed Patrol Driver Security Clearance Reporting in CAMDEN, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at an aerospace and defense location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for entry to restricted areas in accordance with established site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with site contacts and emergency responders when needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of facilities, parking areas, perimeter locations, and other assigned areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain required documentation related to patrols, incidents, access activity, and other security-related observations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience, 2 years of security-related supervisor/manager experience, or 3 years of security-related experience.
• Possess an Armed Guard Card/License.
• Hold an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
