Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Driver Customer Service Patrol officer in Hot Springs National Park, AR. You will patrol on-site, provide excellent customer service, and deter incidents with a visible security presence.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, 21+ years old, and may involve a background check and drug screening. This is a full-time, hourly position with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• 4+ years of military or law enforcement experience or a criminal justice degree.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Allied Universal requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background check and drug screen as required by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Armed Driver Customer Service Patrol in Hot Springs National Park, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Armed Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will patrol a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, support access control, respond to security-related concerns, and provide outstanding customer service. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license and offers the opportunity to serve with integrity, reliability, teamwork, and care.

Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at an educational location with technology, media, and telecommunications operations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and public responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access control points, verify credentials where required, and document patrol observations, incidents, and unusual conditions in accordance with site procedures.
• Carry assigned equipment in accordance with applicable laws, licensing requirements, Allied Universal policies, and site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess 4 or more years of military or law enforcement experience or a criminal justice degree.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
