Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, staff, and visitors while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, entrances and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for residents, guests, vendors, and contractors.
• Respond calmly and professionally to incidents and alarms, coordinating with responders and management.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and logs of patrols and activities.

You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide professional customer service and clear communication to residents and visitors. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $21.63 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Thur 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, staff, and visitors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for residents, guests, vendors, and contractors in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, coordinating with emergency responders and/or management as appropriate.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain required logs related to patrols, incidents, observations, and other security-related activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a valid armed guard card or license.
• Possess at least six months of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
