Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Armed Patrol in Boca Raton, FL to protect residents and property and deter incidents with a visible armed presence.

You will conduct regular patrols, respond to alarms, document incidents, and coordinate with site leadership while delivering professional customer service.

The role requires security experience, an armed guard card, and a commitment to safety and compliance; competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Have at least two years of security-related experience.
• Have at least six months of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• Monitor access points and verify visitor, vendor, and contractor authorization in accordance with site-specific policies.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site personnel.
