Allied Universal in Waynesboro, VA is seeking a Security Officer CPR Patrol with Active Clearance Part Time to safeguard clients across aerospace/defense locations. You’ll monitor areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, and support access control while delivering professional customer service.

This role offers a flexible schedule with Day/Evening shifts, access to the Claim a Shift platform, and opportunities for training and advancement within Allied Universal.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support access control activities. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while working collaboratively with site personnel. Pay Rate: $23.69 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeMon02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSat10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control requirements, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and maintain accurate logs, reports, and incident documentation.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related observations, policy concerns, and/or response activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
