Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and authorized contractors by carrying out site-specific security procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of assigned facilities and exterior areas to identify unusual activity and unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry according to site policies and visitor management procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations and report concerns to Allied Universal leadership.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation.

Pay Rate: $23.69 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sat 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Sun 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and authorized contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access requirements, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned facilities, exterior areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, unauthorized access, and security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry in accordance with site policies, visitor management procedures, and applicable access-control requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and promptly report security-related concerns to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and patrol records while supporting a professional environment for personnel and visitors.

Minimum Requirements:

• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
