This full-time role offers $18.53 per hour, a schedule from Thu-Sun 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM, with opportunities for advancement, training, and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and employees while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interiors, exteriors, parking areas, access points, and perimeters.
• Monitor access control points, visitor activity, and contractor entry per site requirements.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly, notifying appropriate personnel and following emergency plans.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security concerns clearly in reports.

As a Security Officer - Access Monitoring in Chandler, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control activities, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $18.53 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Thur 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Fri 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Sat 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Sun 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and employees while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access control points, visitor activity, and contractor entry in accordance with established site requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and following emergency response procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related concerns through clear and timely reports.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
