What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, tenants, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access to the property, verify visitor and contractor authorization in accordance with site procedures, and maintain accurate visitor, incident, and activity documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and following established response protocols.
• Help maintain a professional presence throughout the property to support orderly operations and help deter unauthorized access and disruptive behavior.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
