Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security procedures and access-control policies.
Monitor and control access to the facility by verifying credentials and processing visitors.
Respond to access-control alarms and incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular patrols of entry points, warehouse areas, loading docks, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
Document incidents and access-control activity in required reports and communicate information to leadership.
